Sarah Weiss-Poland has extensive experience in Jewish education and programming. Sarah currently serves as the IsraelLINK National Associate Director of Educational Growth and Strategy at StandWithUs. Prior to this, they worked as a Jewish Curriculum Consultant at Congregation B'nai Torah. Sarah also held positions as a Jewish Educator at Temple Beth El, where they developed curriculum and lessons for a 5th Grade Jewish Afterschool Program, and as a Chavurah Educator at Community Synagogue of Rye, where they developed curriculum and lesson plans for a pilot Chavurah program. Sarah also worked as a Havorah coordinator, Senior program leader, and Senior Group Lead at Westchester Jewish Community Services, and as the Co-Founder of ReJewV'Nation: Jewish Programming on the Move. Additionally, they served as the Director of Religious Education and Education Director at Tribeca Hebrew, and as the Founder of Shamash: Innovative Jewish Experiences. Sarah's earlier experience includes working as the Director of the Connect Program/Educator at 92nd Street Y, where they developed innovative curriculum for Pre-K through 4th Grade.

Sarah Weiss-Poland has a Masters degree in Jewish Education from The Jewish Theological Seminary (JTS). Sarah also has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Jewish/Judaic Studies from The Jewish Theological Seminary (JTS). In addition, they completed their undergraduate studies in Women and Gender Studies at Columbia University.
