Lecia Roundtree, MHRM

Lecia Roundtree has a wealth of experience in the field of human resources management. Lecia currently holds the position of SVP, Chief People Officer at Stanford Federal Credit Union since January 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President HR & Organizational Development at PremierOne Credit Union from January 2018 to January 2023.

Before joining PremierOne Credit Union, Lecia worked at The Wine Group as a Senior HR Business Partner. In this role, they were responsible for employee relations, recruitment, HR compliance, and various training programs. Lecia provided support for sales, marketing, finance, hospitality, and production areas. Lecia's time at The Wine Group spanned from November 2014 to January 2018.

Lecia's career in human resources began at San Mateo Credit Union, where they served as the Vice President of Human Resources from October 1998 to November 2014.

Lecia Roundtree obtained their Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Golden Gate University from 2010 to 2012. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science in Marketing/Marketing Management, General at the University of Nevada-Las Vegas. In addition to their formal education, Lecia has also obtained several certifications. Lecia became a Franklin Covey Trainer in March 2017, earned a Professional Recruiter Certification from Leadership IQ in January 2006, and became a Certified Trainer through The Bob Pike Group in January 2002.
