Mark Galang

Mark Galang has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Mark started their career at Cinemark as a Senior Manager in 2005 and worked there until 2012. In 2012, they joined Arista Corporation as an Assembly Technician, then moved on to become a Quality Control and Testing Supervisor, and eventually became the RMA Manager. In 2015, they joined SureCall and held multiple positions, including Technical Support Manager, Information Technology Support Specialist, and Engineering Technician. Mark worked at SureCall until 2022. Mark's most recent experience is as an Information Technology Service Desk II at Stanford Federal Credit Union, where they started in 2023.

Mark Galang attended Ohlone College from 2016 to 2019, where they obtained an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Network and System Administration/Administrator. In December 2019, they also obtained a certification as a Cisco Certified Network Associate Routing and Switching (CCNA) from Ohlone College.
