Alison Bodor

Alison Bodor serves as the Executive Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at Stanford Health Care since January 2024, previously holding similar leadership roles at OCC and Northwestern Medicine, where efforts focused on organizational change and the implementation of diversity strategies. With a progressive career that began in clinical practice as an occupational therapist, Alison transitioned to leadership positions, enhancing diversity and inclusion initiatives across large healthcare organizations. Alison also founded OT Advantage, an educational technology company, and has a robust academic background, including an MBA in Health Care from Loyola University Chicago and advanced degrees from Spalding University.
