John Shepard

John Shepard is a healthcare analytics leader with a robust background in optimizing clinical outcomes and business processes. As the CEO and Co-Founder of FIXXER since March 2024, John is driving an innovative analytics platform aimed at enhancing healthcare insights. At the same time, John co-founded Shepard Health in 2020, focusing on maximizing revenue and improving processes for behavioral health organizations. Prior experience includes serving as Principal Data Consultant at Stanford Health Care, where John integrated analytics into quality improvement initiatives, and previous roles as Sr. Quality Analyst and Data Architect within the Stanford network. Early career highlights include positions at Johns Hopkins Medicine, where John contributed significantly to infection control data management and analysis. John holds a Master's degree in Health Administration and Bioinformatics from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, an MBA, and a BA in Mathematics from Humboldt State University.
