Lexi Thumann

Lexi Thumann, PharmD, BCIDP, AAHIVP, is a Clinical Inpatient Pharmacist at Stanford Health Care since July 2024, previously serving as an Infectious Diseases and Antimicrobial Stewardship Clinical Pharmacist at Mercy Medical Center from August 2022 to July 2024. Prior roles include serving as a PGY2 Infectious Diseases Pharmacy Practice Resident at Abbott Northwestern Hospital from June 2021 to June 2022, and completing a PGY1 Pharmacy Practice Residency at Mercy Medical Center from March 2017 to September 2021. Lexi's experience also includes a role as a Drug Shortages Rotation Student at the FDA in July 2019, and working as a Graduate Research Scientist at the Monoclonal Antibody Research Institute at Iowa, focusing on cancer cell lines and monoclonal antibody therapies from June 2018 to May 2019. Early experience includes serving as a Pharmacy Intern at Walgreens from January 2016 to March 2017. Lexi earned a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from the University of Iowa College of Pharmacy between 2016 and 2020.
