Nyssa El-Amin

Nyssa El-Amin, MPH, MS, FNP-C, currently serves as the Lead Advanced Practice Provider in inpatient medicine at Stanford Health Care since November 2021. Previously, Nyssa held various positions including PRN Nurse Practitioner at ACE Home Health and Hospice LLC, Nurse Practitioner III at Kaiser Permanente, Clinical Service Liaison at Coram CVS/Specialty Infusion Services, and Nurse Practitioner at Dignity Health. With a strong foundation in education, Nyssa earned a Master of Science in Family Practice Nursing from the University of California, San Francisco, and a Master of Public Health focusing on Maternal and Child Health from Tulane University School of Medicine, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Biology and Psychology from Brandeis University. Nyssa also completed a mentorship as an Adjunct Faculty Intern with the Los Rios Community College District.
