Roma Patel

Roma Patel possesses extensive experience in advanced practice roles within the healthcare sector, currently serving as the Advanced Practice Lead and Physician Assistant III at Stanford Health Care since January 2012. Specializing in neuromuscular medicine and cutaneous oncology, Roma has progressed to managing clinical operations for the Head and Neck, Cutaneous, and Endocrine Oncology Programs at the Stanford Cancer Center, while also leading a team of Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants. Prior experience includes serving as a Physician Assistant in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit at Texas Children's Hospital under Baylor College of Medicine from April 2008 to November 2011. Roma holds a Master of Health Sciences degree from Saint Francis University, a Bachelor's degree in Physician Assistant studies from Augusta University, and a Bachelor's degree in Child and Family Development from The University of Georgia.
