Shari Favia has a robust background in human resources, payroll, and enterprise resource planning technology within the healthcare sector. Currently serving as the Director of HR/Payroll & ERP Technology at Stanford Health Care, Shari has also held positions including Senior Manager of ERP Technology and Sr ERP Functional Architect at Stanford Health Care.
