Patrick Brown is a prominent biochemist and entrepreneur, known for founding Impossible Foods Inc. and Lyrical Foods, as well as co-founding the Public Library of Science. Brown served as a Professor of Biochemistry at Stanford University and held the title of Professor of Biochemistry, Emeritus. Brown's academic background includes earning a PhD in Biochemistry from The University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine, where studies were conducted from 1976 to 1982.
