Aaron Chambers is an experienced consultant at Microsoft since July 2017, playing a key role in diversity and inclusion recruiting efforts, customer cloud preparedness, and SharePoint Online migrations. As a University Innovation Fellow at Stanford University since February 2015, Aaron has cultivated innovative strategies and collaborated with numerous college students to promote entrepreneurship. Previous roles include a Programmer Analyst Intern at Boeing and an IT Business Analyst/Mobility Intern at NCR Corporation, focusing on ERP and SQL solutions. Aaron co-founded the #ILeadCAU initiative to mentor high school students in college readiness and has a Master's in Business Administration from Prairie View A&M University, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Clark Atlanta University.
