Antonella Kugler

Antonella Kugler is currently serving as the Assistant Coach and Coxswain Coach for Women's Rowing at Stanford University since September 2022, where responsibilities include fostering student-athletes' growth and leading recruitment efforts. Previously, Antonella held several roles at Oracle from July 2021 to March 2025, including Business Analyst focusing on Customer Success Stories and Professional Services M&A, and HCM Cloud Analyst in Consulting. Prior experience includes serving as a Research Assistant at Boston University and working with children as an Assistant Preschool Teacher at Early Risers Brookline. Antonella also contributed to Hydrow, Inc. as a Rower Ambassador and gained leadership experience as Head Counselor at the YMCA of Greater Boston. Antonella holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Philosophy from Boston University.
