Chris Rasmussen

Chris Rasmussen currently serves as a Mental Health Commissioner for the County of San Mateo, where responsibilities include chairing the Behavioral Health Commission and leading the Youth and Children Committee for the Mental Health & Substance Abuse Recovery Commission. Rasmussen also holds a position as Policy & Procedure Administrator at Stanford University and has experience on the Board of Directors for NAMI San Mateo County. Previous roles include serving as President of the Board of Directors for the San Mateo County Sheriffs Activities League and various coaching and athletic director positions at educational institutions. Prior experience includes community policing with the Redwood City Police Department and social media management. Education was pursued at California State University-Sacramento.
