Tech Ethics And Policy Mentor, Mccoy Center For Ethics In Society

Deepti Doshi is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in technology, ethics, and community engagement. Currently serving as a Tech Ethics and Policy Mentor at Stanford University's McCoy Center for Ethics in Society since April 2023, Doshi is also a Co-Director at New_Public and a TED Fellow since 2009. Previous roles include leadership positions at Facebook, where responsibilities encompassed new product experimentation and community partnerships, and a Democracy and Technology Fellowship at the Harvard Ash Center. As the Founder & Director of Haiyya, Doshi utilized grassroots organizing and technology to enhance civic accountability, while also directing the expansion of Fundacion Escuela Nueva into India. Education includes a Mid-Career Masters in Public Administration from Harvard Kennedy School, along with a BA in Psychology and a BS in Business Administration from the University of Pennsylvania and The Wharton School.
