Ellie Fischbacher Maldonado

Ellie is the Chief Planning Officer in the Dean's Office and manages a small group that provides comprehensive, ongoing planning support for the School of Humanities and Sciences. The group completes routine and ad hoc management reports and projects to assist H&S in decision making and resource allocation. They also lead key annual processes, such as faculty salary setting, and serve as the primary contact for internal and external data requests.

Before joining the staff, Ellie received her master's degree from the Stanford School of Education in administration and policy analysis. Her prior experience was working in health care. When she is not at Stanford, Ellie enjoys sailing, reading, cooking, and traveling with her husband and daughter.
