Isaac Matthews

Isaac Matthews is a Graduate Student Researcher at Stanford University since September 2015, focusing on Optical Diagnostics of Hypervelocity Impact Plasmas within Space Environment & Satellite Systems and Decision and Risk Analysis in Management Science & Engineering. Prior experience includes roles as a Test Systems and Mission Design Researcher at NASA Ames Research Center and as a Research and Test Engineer at NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory, working on mission design and electric propulsion systems. Isaac also served as an Embedded Software and Controls Systems Engineer at GE Aviation and contributed as a Teaching Staff member at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Isaac holds an S.M. in Nuclear Science and Engineering and is pursuing an S.M. in the Technology and Policy Program, both from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
