Jessica Brown

CS Phd Student

Jessica Brown is a dedicated and accomplished CS PhD student at Stanford University since September 2025, with a strong background in robotics and engineering. Jessica has gained valuable experience as a Robotics Institute Summer Scholar at the CMU Robotics Institute, a student researcher at the Olin ART Lab, and as a course assistant for Quantitative Engineering Analysis and Discrete Math at Franklin W. Olin College of Engineering. Additionally, Jessica has held research fellowships at Caltech and conducted independent studies on robot mechanics and motion planning at Olin. Previous roles included project lead for the ShoreBot, a project manager and computer vision researcher with the Gator Autonomous Vehicle Team, and an intern at the MIT InfoLab Group, further showcasing Jessica's expertise in machine learning, robotics, and software development. Jessica holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering: Robotics from Franklin W. Olin College of Engineering and is a graduate of Sharon High School.
