Lydia Barrett

Lydia Barrett currently serves as the Sr. Director of UIT PMO at Stanford University since September 2019, focusing on strategic leadership and operational management to ensure the PMO's success. Prior to this role, Barrett was a Sr. Project Manager at HighWire Press from 2006 to July 2021, where responsibilities included account management for prominent scholarly publishers and leading complex technical projects throughout the software development lifecycle. Barrett's extensive experience at Stanford University spans from 1999 to 2006 in various director roles, including overseeing global delivery programs and managing systems for PeopleSoft, student administration, enterprise help services, and application support. Educationally, Barrett holds a Master’s Degree in Education from San Francisco State University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Education from the University of Hawaii at Manoa.
