Maneeza Dawood

Maneeza Dawood is an accomplished research scientist and program specialist at Stanford University since September 2024, with a strong background in psychology research. Currently serving as an Islamic Psychology Research Fellow at The Alkaram Institute and previously as an Assessment & Efficacy Scientist at BrainPOP, Maneeza has also held the position of Postdoctoral Research Associate at Yale University from February 2022 to February 2024. Maneeza earned a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Psychology from Columbia University, where earlier studies included a Master of Philosophy (MPhil) and a Master of Arts (MA) in Psychology. Prior experience includes serving as a Research Coordinator at Columbia University Medical Center and completing academic training at Columbia University culminating in a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree.
