Nathalie Collins

Nathalie Collins is a seasoned creative leader currently serving at Neol since July 2024, where the focus is on empowering creative minds through a community-driven platform. Prior to this role, Nathalie held the position of Senior Director of Product & Interaction at IDEO.org from January 2015 to March 2024, overseeing design leadership in various strategic areas. Experience includes serving as a Senior Interaction Designer and Project Lead at Smart Design, a Senior Interaction Designer at Otherlab, and offering consultancy services as an Interaction Designer and Project Lead. Nathalie co-founded Safi, a social enterprise delivering affordable hand sanitizer, and contributed as a Research Associate at Nuru International in developing mobile solutions for community initiatives in Kenya. Earlier career highlights involve product management roles at Microsoft and a systems engineering position at CoreComm. Nathalie holds a Master of Science in Product Design from Stanford University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering and Computer Science from the University of Southern California.
