Yingtong Wu

Yingtong "Amanda" Wu is currently a Lecturer at Stanford University, where responsibilities include managing a course database, developing natural language processing analytics, and conducting demographic analyses to improve teaching strategies. Additionally, Yingtong serves as a Scientific Consultant at Carbon Direct, focusing on project reviews related to carbon initiatives, and is a Research Mentor at Polygence, guiding high school students in STEM projects. Previous experience includes a Postdoctoral Researcher role managing an environmental project on California wildfires, and a Graduate Research Assistant position at the University of Missouri-Saint Louis, where Yingtong analyzed sequencing data and conducted ecological modeling. Yingtong completed a PhD in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology and holds an MS in Ecology, Evolution, Systematics, and Population Biology, as well as a BS in Life Sciences.
