David Reay

David Reay has a wealth of experience in development and planning, urban regeneration, and financial management. With a background in finance from companies like Tesco and Procter & Gamble, David transitioned into urban planning and development roles at Origin Housing, Urban Practitioners, Lendlease, and currently at Stanhope Plc as a Development Director. David's work involves leading brownfield regeneration projects, strategic partnerships, and creating vibrant urban spaces. David holds a MSc in Development and Planning from UCL and is a MRICS member.
