Sara Haub Redd is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in workforce development and administrative management. Currently serving as the Assistant Director at Stanislaus County Workforce Development since June 2018, Sara provides leadership and oversight for various client and business service programs and actively participates in the Cradle to Career, StanCareers Community Initiative. Prior to this role, Sara held the position of Administrative Manager at Stanislaus County from September 2012 to June 2018, where responsibilities included managing human resources, fiscal, and administrative functions while collaborating with the District Attorney's office to set departmental goals and strategies. Sara holds a Master of Public Administration with a focus on Leadership from California State University-San Bernardino and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from California State University, Stanislaus.

The Stanislaus County Department of Workforce Development, a proud partner of America's Job Center of California, provides employment services to job seekers and local employers in Stanislaus County. We host Job Centers in Modesto, Patterson, Oakdale and Turlock locations, where the community can access computers for resume creation and self-directed job search. Qualifying applicants may be enrolled in intensive services that focus on customized job search assistance and career counseling.
