Maria Munoz, CPP has extensive work experience in various roles within the healthcare industry. Maria began their career in 1998 as a Medical Assistant Supervisor at Orangeburg Medical Group, where they worked until 2003. Maria then joined Valley Wound Healing Center as an Office Manager, where they remained until 2008. In that same year, they joined Stanislaus Surgical Hospital as a Payroll Administrator and later transitioned to the role of Director of HR/ Medical Staff Manager. Maria's most recent employment was at Sutter Health, where they served as a Project Coordinator from 2019 to 2022.

Maria Munoz, CPP, completed their education from 1997 to 1999 at Andon College/Valley Commercial College, with a focus on Medical Office Management/Administration. Maria obtained their Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) certification from the American Payroll Association in April 2017.
