Sumant Bhat

Sumant Bhat is an experienced educational leader currently serving as Head of School at Stanley British Primary School since July 2020. Previously, Sumant held the position of Head of Middle School at St. Anne's Episcopal School from June 2014 to July 2020 and Dean of Middle School at Alexander Dawson School from June 2011 to June 2014. Earlier in Sumant's career, significant roles included 8th Grade Coordinator and Math Department Head at The Meadowbrook School from September 2004 to June 2010. Sumant Bhat holds a Master of Arts in Private School Leadership from Teachers College, Columbia University, completed in 2011, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Psychology from Williams College, earned in 2003.
