Adam Brown has extensive work experience in the project management and engineering fields. Adam began their career as a Structural Engineer at Tectonic Engineering & Surveying Consultants, P.C. in 1995. Adam then moved on to Lurgi PSI as a Structural Engineer and later worked as a Project Engineer.
In 1998, Adam joined Tetra Tech where they held various roles including Project Manager, Director of Project Management, Project Management Officer, and Director of Project Controls. In these positions, they provided support in project controls, project risk management, and the development of project management and controls systems.
Most recently, Adam has been working at Stanley Consultants since 2018. Adam started as the Director of Projects, Controls, and Delivery, where they focused on aligning project management and controls with project delivery. Adam later took on the role of Vice President / Director of Projects, Controls, and Delivery, before being promoted to Director Project Delivery, Vice President.
Throughout their career, Adam has demonstrated expertise in project management, risk management, and structural engineering. Adam has actively fostered a culture of continuous improvement and innovation while ensuring consistent and seamless project management practices.
Adam Brown has a Master's degree in Civil Engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology, which they obtained from 1992 to 1995. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering at the same university from 1990 to 1992. Adam also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from Washington University in St. Louis, which they received from 1986 to 1990. In 2007, Adam attended The University of Chicago Booth School of Business for a course in Finance for Executives, but it is not specified whether they obtained a degree from there.
