Blake Roussel

Blake Roussel, P.E., P.M.P., has over two decades of experience in the civil engineering field, currently serving as the Deputy Operations Lead in Technical Services at Stanley Consultants since January 2008. Prior roles at Stanley Consultants include Transportation Operations Lead, Transportation Design Group Manager, Transportation Department Manager, and Transportation Engineer. Previously, Blake Roussel worked as a Geotechnical Engineer at the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development from June 2003 to January 2008. Blake Roussel holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Louisiana State University, completed between 1998 and 2003, and graduated from Catholic High School in 1998.
