Brian Duffy

Brian Duffy currently serves as the Vice President and Client Service Manager for the Indo-Pacific region at Stanley Consultants, a role held since February 2019. Duffy previously held leadership positions, including Anchorage Post President at the Society of American Military Engineers and Administrative Services Director for the Alaska Department of Military and Veterans Affairs, where oversight included a 42-person team and a $16M budget. Military experience encompasses key roles such as Chief of Staff at Air Forces Central Command, Vice Commander at the AF Installation & Mission Support Center, and Commander positions at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, the 18th Civil Engineer Group, and the 316th Civil Engineer Squadron. Duffy's educational background includes multiple master's degrees, including one in National Security Studies from National Defense University.
