Catherine Kibble

Catherine Kibble, PE, is an accomplished Principal Transportation Engineer and Senior Project Manager at Stanley Consultants since September 2021. Previously, Catherine served as Transportation Manager at OMEGA & Associates, Inc., where responsibilities included quality assurance, value engineering, and contract monitoring for significant projects such as the Central Tri-State Tollway reconstruction. Catherine has extensive experience from a 23-year tenure at the Illinois Department of Transportation, culminating as Consultant Services Section Chief, overseeing project managers and engineers involved in roadway construction projects throughout Northeastern Illinois. Early roles included Expressway Unit Engineer and Project Studies Squad Leader, managing critical rehabilitation and major reconstruction projects like the Kingery Expressway. Catherine holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Marquette University, obtained between 1981 and 1986.
