Charles Lederer has a diverse work experience spanning several decades. Charles has held various managerial and leadership roles in different companies. Charles started their career in Waste Recovery Systems as a Project Specialist in 1984. From there, they worked at R.W. Beck as a Supervising Technical Consultant from 1986 to 1993. Charles then joined Braun Intertec Corporation as a Senior Group Manager from 1993 to 1997. After that, they worked at Earth Tech / Rust as a Senior Manager, Division Business Development/Project Manager from 1997 to 2000. In 2001, they joined TKDA as the Manager of the Facilities Div. Marketing/Business Development, a role they held until 2009. Charles then transitioned to become the Manager of the Industrial Heating, Power, and Cooling Group until 2012. Charles then served as the Engineering Director - Utility and Industrial Services at Sebesta Blomberg from 2012 to 2012. Following that, they worked as a Project Principal - Industrial Plant and Facility / Energy at Stanley Consultants - Global Engineering Service Provider from 2013 to the present. Currently, they are the CFO - Chief Farming Officer at Red Meadow Farm, a position they have held since 2017.

Charles Lederer obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, with an emphasis on Marketing and Scientific Land Use Management, from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls. Charles attended the university from 1975 to 1983.
