Karen Ditz has approximately 20 years of experience as a consultant with significant experience in program management, asset management, M&A, commercial pricing, and contract negotiations. In her role, she uses her experience to lead strategic business initiatives and transformative change programs. She supports program delivery teams around governance, decision-making, project performance, and system deployments. Her experience includes program and project definition and scoping, business process optimization, schedule development and tracking, and project performance. Ditz has experience designing and deploying effective document management, collaboration, and program reporting solutions for major utilities across the country. During program delivery assignments, she has been responsible for managing risk and maximizing delivery efficiency, and ensuring that teams deliver competence, quality, and efficiency across all technical areas of project delivery.
