Ray Lukkarinen

Ray Lukkarinen, P.E., PMP has extensive work experience in engineering and project management roles. Ray has been with Stanley Consultants since 2007, where they have held various positions such as Principal Chemical Engineer, Senior Project Manager, and Design Engineer. Throughout their tenure, they have worked on projects for diverse clients, focusing on areas such as environmental compliance, energy strategies, and renewable fuels. Ray has expertise in all project phases, from preliminary study to construction.

Prior to joining Stanley Consultants, Ray worked at Grain Processing Corporation as a Project Engineer from 2004 to 2007. In this role, they were responsible for executing capital projects, overseeing design completion, preparing construction bid packages, and reviewing technical drawings.

From 1997 to 2004, Ray held multiple roles at General Mills. Ray started as an Operations Management Assistant, where they managed capital projects for facility improvements and coordinated resources between contractors, engineering, and site personnel. Ray then served as a Team Leader, managing various production crews and coordinating resources across functional groups. Lastly, Ray worked as a Systems/Project Engineer, providing technical leadership and executing capital projects.
