Sean Leeper

Sean Leeper, P.E., PMP, is a seasoned civil engineer with a comprehensive background in project management and engineering. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Stanley Consultants since July 2013, Sean has developed expertise in civil engineering that build on previous experience at Martin & Whitacre Surveyors & Engineers, Inc. from June 2012 to July 2013, and an internship at Clinton County Secondary Road Department in 2009. Sean holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Iowa State University, earned between 2007 and 2011.
