Brian Ketchem

Brian Ketchem, PE, LEED AP, currently serves as the Director of Land at Stanley Martin Homes since October 2018. Prior to this role, Brian was the Director of Land Development at Meritage Homes from July 2014 to March 2023 and worked as a Professional Engineer at Ketchem-Crowder & Associates, PLLC from November 2009 to July 2014, focusing on business development and project management across various sectors including commercial and residential projects. Brian's earlier experience includes a position as Senior Land Development Manager with Toll Brothers from November 2005 to November 2008 and as Engineering Manager for Summit Engineering at Bal Gra from 2004 to 2005. Brian holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Environmental Engineering from North Carolina State University and has further educational credentials from George Mason University.
