CN Green has over 20 years of work experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, and management roles. They currently hold the position of Head of Talent Acquisition and People Analytics at Stanley Martin Homes, where they are responsible for overseeing talent acquisition strategies and analyzing workforce data. Prior to this, CN Green worked at Sunrise Senior Living, where they held various roles including Senior Director and Director of Talent Acquisition and Recruitment. In these positions, they developed and implemented national and regional sourcing strategies, managed recruitment teams, and built relationships with vendors and communities. Before joining Sunrise, CN Green worked as a Lead Talent Recruiter at Strayer University and as a Realtor at Long & Foster Companies. They started their career as a Recruiter in the United States Air Force, where they specialized in hiring, training, and supervision.

CN Green earned an Associate's degree in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from the Community College of the Air Force in 1999-2003. This was followed by another Associate's degree in Human Resource Management from the same institution in 2003-2005. Green then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management and Services from the University of Maryland Global Campus, completing it in 2010-2013. Additionally, during the same period, Green obtained a second degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus in 2012-2013.
