CN Green has over 20 years of work experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, and management roles. They currently hold the position of Head of Talent Acquisition and People Analytics at Stanley Martin Homes, where they are responsible for overseeing talent acquisition strategies and analyzing workforce data. Additionally, during the same period, Green obtained a second degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus in 2012-2013.
