Reena Jacob Sphr

Reena Jacob, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, began their work experience as an HR Generalist at the Airline Tariff Publishing Company in 2004. Reena then joined Stanley Martin Homes in 2006 as an HR Manager, where they worked until 2013. In November 2013, Reena was promoted to Director of Human Resources at Stanley Martin Homes, a position they currently hold.

Reena Jacob, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Engineering at the College of Engineering, Guindy from 1997 to 2001. Additionally, they hold certifications from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI and the SHRM Certification, namely the SPHR and SHRM-SCP certifications, respectively.
