Rich Colon

Rich Colon has over 25 years of experience in the architecture, design, and construction industries. Currently serving as CAD / BIM Manager at Stanley Martin Homes since April 2022, Rich previously held the position of Quality & Standards Coordinator at Sharp Design Studio from July 2014 to April 2022. Prior to that, Rich worked as Project Manager at FleischmanGarcia Architecture from August 2008 to July 2014 and began a career at BSB Design as Network Administrator from 1997 to 2008. Rich's diverse roles highlight a strong foundation in project management, quality coordination, and technical oversight.
