Ron Willing

Ron Willing is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in land development and acquisition, currently serving as the Senior Land Development Manager at Stanley Martin Homes since October 2020. In addition to this role, Ron Willing has been the President of VRW Consulting since August 2009. Previous positions include Vice President of Land Acquisition and Development at Kolter Land Group, Land Development Manager at Smith Douglas Homes, Senior Land Manager at McCar Homes, and Land Development Manager at Pulte Homes. Ron Willing began their career as a Program Manager at SCDOT after earning a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of South Carolina.
