Thomas Swigart

Thomas Swigart has over 20 years of experience in the home building industry, currently serving as Director of Purchasing at Stanley Martin Homes since December 2016, after progressing from Senior Purchasing Manager and Purchasing Manager. Prior to this, Thomas held the role of Vice President of Operations at High Ridge Custom Homes from July 2007 to October 2016 and worked as a Purchasing Agent at KB Home in 2006. Thomas also spent six years at Brookfield Homes as Director of Purchasing. Thomas earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Mary Washington between 1995 and 1999.
