Alessandro Melo

Alessandro Melo has extensive experience at Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. since December 2009, serving in various roles such as Especialista em Projetos e Produtividade, where project applications focused on standard work, process flow improvement, and waste reduction. Responsibilities included developing IoT projects for Continuous Improvement and Lean Manufacturing. In the position of Especialista em Processos Plásticos, expertise was provided in the injection molding sector, including technical support, process instruction, and waste reduction initiatives. As Planejador de Produção, Alessandro handled production planning and control, inventory management, and participated in optimization projects. Prior to these roles, Alessandro served as Auxiliar Administrativo, managing manufacturing operations and user training on the Pc Factory MES system. Alessandro holds a Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering from Universidade de Uberaba and is currently pursuing a postgraduate specialization in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning at Universidade Cruzeiro do Sul.
