Alexa Crist

Alexa Crist currently serves as the Director of Supply Chain for HTAS at Stanley Black & Decker, Inc., where responsibilities include leading the deployment of the Stanley Production System (SPS) across over 60 manufacturing sites in the Americas and embedding a continuous improvement culture within operations. With a strong focus on supply chain optimization, Alexa has managed various teams to design and implement a global supply planning tool, improving on-time delivery and inventory levels. Prior experience includes roles at Newell Brands as a Senior Analyst Supply Chain and at Irwin Tools in operations and planning capacities. Alexa holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Systems and Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
