Alyssa Dimaria

Alyssa DiMaria currently serves as the Director of Indirect Spend PMO & Transformation at Stanley Black & Decker, Inc., where responsibilities include leading transformation initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs in indirect spend processes. Previous roles at Stanley Black & Decker include Director of Business Process Engineering and Senior Manager of Business Process Engineering. Prior experience includes over a decade at Sikorsky, where Alyssa held several key positions, including Business Manager and Chief of Staff to the President of Defense Systems and Services, along with responsibilities in business development and program management. Alyssa has a foundational background in real estate and consulting and has worked across various industries, demonstrating proficiency in process optimization, team leadership, and strategic project management. Alyssa holds an MBA in International Marketing from the University of New Haven and a BA in Management from Sacred Heart University.
