Andrea Lampert

Andrea Lampert, SPHR, currently serves as the Vice President of Global Talent & Corporate Human Resources at Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. since April 2024. Prior to this role, Andrea held several executive positions, including Vice President of People at Perficient, and Vice President, Talent Strategies at BJC HealthCare. Andrea's extensive experience also includes leadership roles at Express Scripts, RehabCare, and STATSearch, among others. Andrea holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Pennsylvania, a Master's degree from Boston University, a Master Certificate in Human Resource Management from Villanova University, coaching certification from the Neuroleadership Institute, and completed the Women’s Leadership Forum at Washington University in St. Louis.
