Ashley Hill

Ashley Hill has over a decade of experience in human resources, currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. since November 2011. Hill has held various leadership roles, including strategic HR partnerships for the Hand Tools, Accessories & Storage Business Unit, as well as overseeing initiatives in diversity, equity, and inclusion. Previous positions include Human Resources Director and Senior Human Resources Manager, providing HR strategies for engineering and product management teams. Hill's career began at Peters Contracting Inc. as an Accounting/Office Coordinator and includes an internship in human resources at Graham Packaging. Hill earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Management with a focus on Human Resources Management from York College of Pennsylvania.
