Itzia F. currently serves as Vice President of Manufacturing - Americas at Stanley Black & Decker, Inc., overseeing Tools and Outdoor sites across the USA, Mexico, and South America since November 2021. Previously, Itzia held the position of LATAM Manufacturing Director, managing Tools factories in Mexico and South America. Prior experience includes a tenure at SPX FLOW, Inc. as Site Leader and Director of Operations from October 2018 to June 2021, and a long-standing career at GE from April 1999 to September 2018, where roles included Plant Manager, Global Supply Chain Lean Leader, and various management positions in manufacturing and supply chain. Itzia began the professional journey at GE in June 1996 as a Production Control/Sales Analyst after earning a Bachelor's degree in Physics from Tecnológico de Monterrey in 1995.
