Joyce Ribeiro

Joyce Ribeiro, MBA, EML, currently serves as the Chief of Staff to the President & GM of Smart Storage, Mac Tools, and PROTO at Stanley Black & Decker, Inc., a position held since September 2019. Previous roles at Stanley include Senior Manager of Commercial Strategy & Operations, where Joyce developed strategic plans and improved CRM adoption, and Senior Investment Officer, contributing to the creation and revenue growth of the OZ Impact Fund. Joyce's experience spans roles in finance, project management, and scientific research at companies such as American Savings Foundation, IPM Integrated Project Management Company, and Boehringer Ingelheim. Educational qualifications include an Executive Master in Finance and Leadership from Georgetown University and an MBA in International Business from the University of Hartford, alongside a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from Drew University.
