Karla Rafael

Karla Rafael is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in demand and supply planning, currently serving as the Regional Demand & Supply Planning Manager for Latin America at Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. since May 2016. In this role, Karla leads a team of eight across various LATAM countries, focusing on inventory management and continuous improvement in supply chain activities within the Spare Parts business unit. Prior to this position, Karla held multiple planning roles within Stanley Black & Decker for Peru and Brazil, including responsibilities in the S&OP process and supplier management. Karla's experience also includes logistics planning at Xerox and operations coordination at Acciona Forwarding Peru, alongside import analysis at Falabella. Karla holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas and a degree in International Business from ADEX Escuela.
