Katja Jordans

Katja Jordans is an experienced Human Resources professional with a robust background in various HR roles spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Senior Director of Human Resources for Corporate EMEA ANZ at Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. since 2007, Katja has held several key leadership positions including Director of Human Resources for Corporate Europe and Director of HR Functional Transformation, managing HR functions across regions including Central and Eastern Europe. Prior experience includes serving as HR Manager for Germany, Austria, and Switzerland at Sabre Holdings from 1998 to 2006, and as HR Representative at American Airlines from 1995 to 1998. Katja's academic credentials include a Diplomkauffrau in Economic Sciences from Universität Osnabrück and commercial studies at Berlitz Language School.
