Vice President Business Transformation, Tools & Outdoor at Stanley Black & Decker

Kristina Cotoia, MBA, CMA®, currently serves as Vice President of Business Transformation for Tools & Outdoor at Stanley Black & Decker, Inc., where responsibilities include leadership in mergers and acquisitions for the Global Tools & Storage Business. Prior to this role, Kristina held several financial leadership positions within Stanley Black & Decker, including Vice President of Global Commercial FP&A and Director of Corporate FP&A. Earlier experience includes serving as Director of Finance for International Operations at CLARCOR Engine Mobile Group, overseeing FP&A and group control across multiple countries, and various financial roles at Raytheon. Kristina holds a Certificate in Accounting from the University of California, Berkeley, an MBA from Boston University, and a B.A. in Business Economics and Spanish from Providence College.
