Kyle Naes

Kyle Naes is a Process & Continuous Improvement Engineer at Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. since December 2021, specializing in qualifying parts and finished goods for production while analyzing KPIs to drive continuous improvement initiatives. Previously, Kyle held various roles at MTD Products from May 2018 to January 2022, where contributions included optimizing safety through machine tooling design and resolving technical issues in production. Kyle's experience also encompasses work as a member of the Society of Automotive Engineers, collaborating on a remote-control airplane design project, and as an assembler at Auto-Chlor System, where valuable manufacturing experience was gained. Kyle obtained a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Tennessee at Martin in 2019.
